Delivery Rates
ANGELUVE is based in Sydney Australia and ships worldwide.
Domestic Orders
We offer free delivery on Australia-wide domestic orders over AUD $120. For orders under $120, standard delivery flat rate is $9.95 within Australia.
Domestic orders are sent out using Australia Post Standard Shipping. Packages should arrive between 3-5 business days after posting depending on your location - Metro or country.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
International Orders
We offer free delivery on international orders over AUD $200. For orders under $200, delivery flat rate of $29 applies. Please note you are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes as they vary depending on countries.
Return Policy
We want you to be completed happy with your purchase. For any reason you are not happy with the product, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange
If you have purchased an item that isn't quite right, you can exchange it to a different size or product, subject to stock availability. Please advise us of the replacement size or product and send back the item in its new and original condition for exchange.
Return
Should you wish to return your purchase, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:
- is returned within 30 days of delivery
- is returned in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition
- has all original tags, labels, and packaging attached
Please note that all returned items must be new and unused, otherwise we reserve the right to not accept the returns. Item returned without the original tags and packaging will incur a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price.
For returns, please contact our customer service team at hello@angeluve.com with your order number, item to return, and reason for return to obtain a Return Authorisation Code.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 working days or longer to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
